Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery by clicking the link below.
We accept returns on unused products within 1 week of delivery.
We do not return any used products under any circumstances.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Provide your details through our online contact page and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or you may ship the item back on your own.
We package all our products with extreme care to avoid any items from arriving broken. If you receive a damaged or defective item for any reason we will replace it at no cost. Simply contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery and provide us with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest. Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package/product back! If we do happen to ask you to ship a package back, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

- Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 days. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
